Default Possible short in turn signal wire?

My front driver's side turn signal wasn't working, so I changed the bulb and tested it before putting it back in and it worked. Once driving, noticed it wasn't working. Opened it again and noticed that it works/doesn't work depending on how I hold the wires. How easy is this to fix? Any guides out there?

Thanks!

The bulb socket terminals that bulb connections connect to. If you can unplug and clean the wire plugs so much the better but clean then test if the issue was the bulb terminals first..
