problem after testing for neg horn

I was installing a remote start in my camry and everything went great and the remote worked fine. I decided to hook up the door locks and everything went great again. I then decided to to hook up the horn so that it would honk when when locking the doors that went great to. after that, the car won't start with the remote and not even with the key. The wire for the horn is in the steering column harness and it's green/black (-) 18 ga. there are also 2 more green/black wires in that harness that are 16 ga. I did put the test light on these 2 wires to check if they were the ones for the horn could I have shorted something by doing this? the engine cranks but it doesn't start?

Year of car?

Does the car have an immobilizer theft system?

There is a red light on the dash that blinks with the immobilizer is activated.

Some Green/Black wires go to the light control arm for tail lights.

Plus horn button to the horn relay.

Did you use an ohm meter to determine if the chosen wire went to the horn switch?

Do the tail light work, etc plus all controls mounted on the steering console?

Check all fuses including the ones behind the drivers side ash tray/coin box on lower left of dash.

How does this alarm activate the horn? The horn button grounds the horn relay.

Assuming no theft system check for ign spark.
