Radio Presets Disappearing
 

I've owned a 2014.5 Hybrid Camry since August 2014. This past Monday when I started the car, all my radio presets were gone. I reenter a couple, but when I turn off the car they disappear. Rather annoying, right? Even worse, my phone's bluetooth connection is no longer paired and won't pair even with a soft reset. Everything was fine on Sunday. Today I tried out the navigation and although my prior destinations are still there, I can't get the turn-by-turn guidance voice to be quiet.

Any suggestions?

Addendum: I spoke to my Toyota dealer today. I have to take it in for a diagnostic check ($85!) and any repairs *should* be covered under my extended warranty. We shall see.

The radio is constantly powered when ign key is off.

Check Radio 1 and Radio 2 fuses.

Thanks! I thought about fuses, but figured that was too obvious. I will check that now.

The fuse for the radio and navigation system is also the one for the clock and side mirrors. Those seem to be working fine, but we pulled the fuse anyway. It looks good. Hey, it was worth a try.
