Rear bulbs and CORNER LIGHT bulb

My car is 2000 Camry LE and i have problem with rear bulbs and CORNER LIGHT the left and right bulbs it does not turn on, the head light just Turn on. One of my friend said it could be the Lamp Failure, but that is very expensive. So can someone help with this problem or where can i find the problem? Thanks
