Rear roof noise/clunked

Just bought 2015 Camry with 12,600 miles. Had it for 1day everything was until I drove in a gas station or something with a ramp then you hear this noise from the roof more to the back. I called and took the car back for them to see what's wrong. Long story short. They said they sent it to the body shop to see what it is they gave me a loaner also. I went there yesterday because they said it was fixed and this is 2 weeks later. I test drove the before I was going to take it and the noise was still there. So I left it. I don't if this can be fixed he was saying something about a weld being loose. I bought it from a Subaru dealer. Don't know what happens if I'm entitled to get my money if they fix this. I only had the car 1 day.i didn't hear it at all when I test drove it but I also didn't turn in on a ramp either. Any suggestion on this will be appreciated.

This might be. i kinda dont want to give this to them because then they might want to say that this is a known problem and not want to fix it. do you the if they cant fix it. that this would fall under the lemon law. they said they sent it to there body shop and they said it was fixed. when i drove it the car still did it.

Is the car still under the Toyota 36 mth/36K warranty?

hydeyoshi 06-28-2018 11:04 PM

no. the warranty expired.

i thought since i bought the car from them and it happened under the limited warranty they given and i thought if they cannot fix it. it falls under the lemon law.i feel like this subaru dealer i bought it from is dragging there feet. saying the body shop fixed and then its still doing the same thing. Im ready to give them back there loaner and file a complaints against them.this sunday makes 3 weeks and im going on vaca on july 7th which will make it month since i bought it. dont know if i will loose any leverage after 30 days. im thinking to just go there and say if you cant fix will negotiagte another vehicle. i really wanted the camry but for some reason i feel im not going to get a refund of my down payment.
