Hello Everyone,

What lights should remain on? after starting the car and what lights should be off after starting the car on dash?

Also, is it possible to find the owner's manual online for camry 2008?

My car's speedometer looks like below:

Step1(insert key)
Attachment 2953

Step2(after few seconds when turned key once.
Attachment 2954

Step3 (Engine switched on)
Attachment 2955

Is it normal? any suggestions?

I think it's normal depending the your car performance.
