RE: YOUR TAKE ON: MOD CHIPS
I haven't had any personal experience with'em but I'm also a member of 9thgencorolla.com. At one point I was going to try it on our corolla but after reading afew posts, it all seems like a scam. If it's on ebay and it's cheap, it's def. not worth it.

ive been told that the computer will actually adapt to the chip and change its programing (couldnt think of a better way of explainin since i aint auto iliterate). cheap doesnt necesarily mean bad but 20+hp u gotta be kiddin me for like a few bucks.

RE: YOUR TAKE ON: MOD CHIPS
All it is is a 0.99 resistorinside a box that plugs into the air sensor harness and what it does is fool your ecu in thinking that there is cold air coming inall the time even if you are drawing in warm air or idoling at a stop light. It won't screw anythingup but, I think it isa joke

RE: YOUR TAKE ON: MOD CHIPS
If it is the resistor thing skip it.
