Default 0/16 vers 05/30 Oil

Hello all.... I have a 2021 Camry Se 4 cylinder. 42000 mi, my power train warranty is over in March. Has anyone run 05/30 instead of the recommended 0/16 If so any issues? Wounder about long term success.

Might ask your question at Toyotanation.com in the appropriate year/model forum.

What are your outside air temperatures?

The manual might state 0W-20 can be used if 0W-16 is not available.

Part of what oil spec is called out is based on meeting CAFE requirements.
