My 2001 Camry 4 cylinder won't start the 1st time in the morning. It cranks but doesn't turn over. The 2nd time I use the ignition it starts. I checked the battery with a tester and it seems to be fine. I'm wondering what the problem is. Any advice would be appreciated.

bad air filter or your parking up an incline and your fuel pump is weak
