Default 2008 camry LE valve cover install

I have a 2008 camry le 2.4 L and ready to reinstall valve cover. All has been cleaned and prepped. My question is I've read people say to lay down a bead of peratex either high temp red or the right stuff around entire perimeter of the engine head and then install the valve cover with the OEM black rubber gasket installed. Is it necessary to do that entire perimeter with the rtv? Or only on those two areas by the timing chain area.?

It is safe to use all around om the valve cover gasket just always go with less than more. More is where issues come from.

I use the black stuff. Works great!

Let the sealant cure. I typically wait 24 hours as I hate leaks.
