What do these symbols mean is main battery ok

 

Looks like the hybrid function on you Camry is displaying between engine and hybrid, or the charging of the system.
I do not see anything wrong with your battery. A battery/charging issue will display a red battery symbol on the dash. There will be no animations or what not, it will be a solid red battery symbol and then you will know you have a charging/battery issue.
