Camry 1998 Ticking/Tapping Noise

Greetings to all,
I have a Camry 98 CE 4Cyl with 280K Km.
I added Seafoam thru the intake throttle and let it soak for a while.
When I started the engine, it gave a ticking/tapping noise.
The engine is still running normally with smooth idle.
I changed the engine oil with 10w30 but no effect.
The OBDII live data analyzer shows every thing normal except the following:
ST FTRM1 (%0) - it stays at zero rather than going between +/-5%.
I tried using the stethoscope but could not locate the noise source.

Please advise.
Thanks

Unless you added a LOT of Seafoam such ozs and ozs resulting in engine hydro lock do to liquids in the cylinder, spraying the intake with a little is not going to harm the engine. If you waited long enough a good deal of it would evaporate before start up.

Check for noise under the valve cover due to valve clearance-normal and at the injectors. They can click at what seems an abnormally high level, but normal.

A small amount of Seafoam is not going to damage the fuel system, suggest you ignore the fuel trim. If there is a problem the computer over time will trip the check light.

Just a WAG: solvent lifted some carbon deposited on outer edge of piston top or edge of combustion chamber. Taping? Take a plumbers camera and remove spark plugs and look or remove plugs and check for carbon spots, see one that is worst bring piston half way up and get a huge swab and swab it out. Do not ask where I saw the 6 inch giant swabs!
