Is the fuel pouring into all cylinders or just one?

The fuel system is called a return system. The fuel pump moves the fuel to the fuel rail which connects to all the fuel injectors. The injectors only allow fuel into the cylinders when they are on as controlled by the computer..

Excess fuel from the fuel rail that doesn't go into the cylinders via the injectors is routed back to the fuel tank. The result is fuel is always moving through the fuel rail and back to the tank. The rail has a device the controls fuel pressure based on engine vacuum pressure.

To leak fuel into all cylinders at once, the injectors would need to be constantly on or leaking.

When ign key on, each injector has 12v at one electrical connection. The computer then grounds the other connection to turn on the injector. Check for wiring issues between the injector and computer causing a short to ground.

Could be a bad computer.

Disconnect AM2 fuse. Jump the FP and B+ terminals in the Diagnostic box. Turn on ign key and determine if the cylinders are still getting fuel.
