Coolant Drains on 1986 Camry (2S-E engine)
 

I just purchased a 1986 Camry which needs a good coolant flush. I was having some trouble locating the drain plugs for the radiator and engine. I have the service manual which shows the parts on a diagram, but I'm not having any luck finding them when I get under the car to look. Can anyone help with this? Are there parts I have to remove in order to access the drains?

Radiator drain is supposed to be on the bottom radiator tank approximately inline vertically with the radiator fill port.

Block drain is located drivers side rear of block.
