Guessing somewhere between $1200 and $1500.
Most of this is labor, say 8 hours.
If the engine is a 2AZ-FE there is an issue with a few of the head bolts pulling out of the block. Make sure the threads in the block are checked for pull out.
There is a fix for this but it is costly.
