Drivers Seat

Hi, I've got 00Camry 2.2 lit
The drivers seat has become like a rocking chair - has anyone else come across this and does anyone know an easy fix to this problem

Suggest removing the seat for a closer look. It's held in by 4 bolts and easy enough to remove. Be sure to unplug any electrical connectors.
