i got a 94 camry with the 2.2l and it has 130k on it. it started to show the oil light on the highway and at stop lights. then it stalled when it got hot. i just drove 30 miles on the highway then it stalled and didn't want to start again, or come out of gear. (it's auto). the coolant temp was reading normal but the motor was very hot. after a min it started knocking and wouldn't shift, no power at all. so i changed the oil pump, figured it shut down because of it. took me 8hrs to put the new one on and it didnt help. so now it knocks and wants to chug out unless i put it in neutral and give it gas but then it knocks really bad... i cant figure it out. i need help. please!!
