Engine shudder at low revs

I have a 2000 Camry CSX wagon with a 5sfe engine. I had my engine mounts replaced and when I picked it up, I found the car is shuddering at low revs. I adjusted the idle screw up, but it still shudders. Any thoughts what it must be? I checked all the sensors and some of the fuses, but nothing changed.

What is the idle RPM? Did this change after the repairs?

Idle RPM is controlled by the computer, there is no idle adjustment. The screw is for adjusting the throttle plate stop location which is factory set.

Idle RPM itself is changed by the IAC valve. Try cleaning the valve. Do an internet search on "cleaning IAC valve 5SFE".

Yes, it changed after repair. The idle rpm is around 900 to 1000. It feels like it is running rough.

If engine OK before repair of mounts suggest looking around in the mount areas for disconnected or damaged vacuum hoses, electrical connections, etc.

Changing mounts should not affect engine idling unless something was disturbed.

900-1000 rpm is high enough to prevent low rpm shake. The issue is not low rpm causing the shake or miss.

Thanks so much for your suggestions and advice. Hoping it could be something simple as a vacuum hose or electrical connection.
