Default Help needed car not starting

Hi,
I have a 1999 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L V6 automatic transmission with approximately 255,000 miles. My car won't turn over or crank. I have been driving it prior to this with no issues or sounds out of the norm. The day it died, I was driving along and it died and wouldn't start or even attempt to crank. Had a friend come tow it home and here tried to turn the motor but it acts like it is seized up. I checked all fluids and oil is fairly new and full with no signs of water, nice clean oil. Checked radiator and full no signs of oil. Checked transmission fluid and thats all good. Checked serpentine belt and power steering belts they are good. Car made no noises before this happened and wasn't smoking nor had and weird odors. Could it be the timing belt? I ask because I had the similar thing happen to me on a different vehicle in the past and it was the timing belt but that vehicle was manual transmission and im not sure if that would make a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just purchased this car in March and I have replaced many things, some that were costly. Just trying to see if the car is repairable or if it is going to be a pretty expensive job.
Thank you in advance,
imlost29....

I don't know what could be the problem, but I know they can have problems with started. Especially if the car is from 1999. If you have to change it would be a big headache because this part of this model is infrequent and hard to find. Anyway, the 1999 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L V6 is a perfect car. I am very fascinated by how Japanese mechanics built this engine and the vehicle. I saw one of these last years on a trip to London when I visited a car museum that I found on https://www.greatbritishcarjourney.com/. I was very interested in this model and searched for it on car auctions.
