Manual transmission swap?
Well, anything is possible with enough money and this would require a lot.
There were no manual transmissions offered for the V6 in the Camry, at least the generation we're talking about here.
Just mounting the tranny would be complete custom because there are no mounts for it.
The electronics alone would also have to be altered as the computer would be really confused.
You would want to find a complete whole new engine with drive train and ECU, wiring harness, drive shafts, etc.
The four banger would be much simpler as it was offered from the factory.
