Problem...CarPlaysmartbox
Has anyone experienced Apple Carplay crashing frequently in their new car? It has been happening to me about once a day for the past few days and i'm not sure what's going on. The whole infotainment screen goes black for a second, and then defaults to the home menu. After about 20 seconds Carplay reboots and picks up where it left off. Was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

If Carplay came with the new car get the dealer involved.

Thank you very much for your sharing, I entered my question on the website, followed the steps inside, and now CarPlay does not have the same situation as before.
