v8 rwd is possible if you have the money- Which then you'd be paying 3x the value of your car for parts- and another 2x the value for labor. Then you'd be looking at about a quarter ov the year downtime while its being worked on.

Id have to agree. Its alot of work im sure it can be done. Afterall anything is possible. Your looking at alot of work / downtime . Not to mention youll need the ecu from the tundra motor, injectors if the block you find doesnt already have them. Probably a switcharoo with fuel pump. Alot of customized parts. Driveshaft will be to long im assuming. The rearend from a tundra would probably be to wide. Your best bet would be to buy a new 2.2 chrome it out have the guts switched or even had some kind of forced induction . Unless you have alot of time and money and plan on keeping the car as a hobby. Id say its almost worthless to go that route.

get the 3sgte. its already built for and with a turbo- that way you'll have a close chance ov hitting 300s.

Sense your gonna go extreme 3sgte would be a good way to go. Shouldnt be to hard to do and im sure someone on the net has done it before so you might find some good feedback. Personally a 2jz rwd would be what i perfer. Atleast youll get the extra bang for your buck so to speak. Probably alot more work and downtime. Afterall thats what you want right? I wouldnt waste anytime on a toyota motor with a turbo. Go straight for a truck with a turbo diesel. Alot more fun[:@].
