Thompson Racing Chip '07 V6 SE IATS?

Hey guys..... Need a little help... I got my '07 SE V6 "Dream Car" with sport package and port installed tuned exhaust. I added the token K&N filter and I bought a Chip from Thompson Racing Chips. The chip has two wire prongs (it resembles a CAP or resistor of some sort in black shrinkwrap) .. The install calls that it be put in place of the Intake Air Temperature Sensor (4v power) and ground. I think that these leads should be located in the MAFS harness, but I see a two wire harness, conected to a sensor or switch that ties in with vacume tubes to the vacume valve that is located right up front on the snorkle of the intake. Is this the IATS? Or, is the IATS really integrated in the MAFS harness? And, if its in the MAFS harness, can anyone tell me the color code to the 4V power lead for IATS and the ground (should be next to it) color so I can pull them and replace with chip prongs?
I couldn't wait, so I already pulled the harness from the switch at the front of the snorkle and installed chip in there (I can be an impatient woman) and I have no codes or lights popping up. I think I feel a difference, but it could be my mind playing tricks on me so I am trying to double check. I went by local Toyo dealer and they were less than helpful.

Thanks in advance for your consideration....

Jesse

It's all in your head. It's not really a chip, but just a resistor that you put in parallel with the intake air temp sensor to 'fool' your ecu into thinking the intake air temp is colder than it really is to run a little richer/more gas. The o2 sensors output probably offsets a significantly richer mixture, making the 'mod' of limited merit, since they are not wideband.

Dump the "chip" and what type of port installed exhaust?
