Default RE: Transmission fluids

if it is an automatic, the fluid goes into the dipstick tube.

Automatic goes in the dipstick hole.Manual you have to get gear oil for, don't get them confused, they are different fluids.

Default the tensinor makes squeaky noise

Hello,
I have 2003 Camry 4 door automatic sedan. The car recently started making squeaky noise usually at idle, which is very annoying. I have used W40 to the belt tensioner [it is very hard to reach] and it seems the noise temporarily gone away to just to come back after a short period of time. At this point I think I will have to change the tensioner, but the space is very limited to use any tool to take the tensioner out. Is there any easier way to replace the tensioner pulley? Also, how can you adjust the belt after putting a new tensioner? Any info is appreciated..
Thanks,
Isaac

You should probably start a new thread to get your question out, and include which engine you have 4 cyl. or 6 cyl.

The 4 cyl. tensioner does not require adjustment. The tensioner is spring loaded. I haven't changed one, so can't assist you on that part of the question
