Is there a removable cover (has one fastener) on top of the strut tower?

hi folks, yes there is a cover however it is attached to the inner trim that goes around the window.
i feel a little foolish DOH!!! i removed all the left side trim, including the side bit that supports the seatbelt, accessed the top strut bolts, put the new strut in
then when i went to do the other side i had a closer look and discovered i only needed to remove one piece of trim above the strut bolts, and i could get a flat spanner onto the bolts.
All done
thank you for answering my enquiry
cheers Mark
