Default Bad Smell -

I have a camry 2003. 3 weeks before i bought milk from costco and put in trunk. Somehow it rolled off at end of trunk and most of the milk spilled in trunk. of course without me knowing. after 2 hours reached home and saw that most of the milk is empty. I cleaned the spill and then after couple of days it started smelling and now I know that spilled milk went to back seat cushion ( possibly). Now I don't know how to clear the smell and clean the seat. But first I want to take out back seat and see where the problem is. How do I take out the seat.
If some one has picture that will help too....

Regards,
