Default 1997 Camry suspension problem

I posted this question in the new member forum and thought it might be better if I posted it here as it is a tech question. The left front wheel moves forward when the brakes are applied at slow speeds. It so far does not effect the driving of the car at normal speeds. The brakes are new and the caliper on the side of the car this is happening on is new so I suspect a suspension. I wondered if it could maybe be control arm bushings on that side. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Wayne
