MY Toyota Camry 1998 4 cyl, is making a clunking noise at around 60kmph, only when the accelerator is being pressed. The noise disappears when the accelerator is released at same speed. It appears to increase with increase of speed etc. it is only at lower speeds and not evident above 70kmph. If the car is placed into neutral while driving at 60 the noise dissappears. Any ideas on what it could be?

Watch the engine for excess movement when someone revs it.

Pay attention to the upper engine mount.
