1998 camry 2.2 L spark issue.
 
Hi to all, its my only car and I am stuck. cylinder 1 and 4 spark one time in the beginning on cranking after that nothing. other cylinder 2 n 3 have full spark. I have checked HT cable ignition coil for 1 and 4 its good. I switched the connector from 2 n 3 to 1 and 4 now it has full spark no break. I changed the water pump and T. belt as car did not start other day. find the broken water pump puly. I have checked CKP and CAP (camshaft) all has good value.I checked voltage on IGN coil connectors both have same value. Main has 12.24 (both) IGT has 4.96 (both) and I have checked continuity it is good. I have replaced 2 ECU no change at all. It is the same. Now I like to check pulsating. How can I do that. Do I need it on 12 V bulb to get to fair result. is that right? Any solution to this issue is highly appreciated. I know it is huge huge great community. Hoping I would get my ride back. Thanks all.

Did the engine run before the broken pulley?

The water pump pulley broke, what happened?

Are the CKP and CAP sensor ohm readings stable with time?

What does full spark with no break mean?

Are you sure the timing belt was installed properly?
