1998 camry turn signals dont work

when i put the turn signal up or down to turn them on nothing happens. When i go in the fuse panel i dont even know which fuse corresponds with the signals. i am not sure if its even the fuse but i dont think its the bulb.

it could be the turn signal assembly itself. i have a used one from my 92 if you'd like it.
