2000 Toyota Camry 4cyl vibration and noise when stopped in drive and foot on brake

Hi Folks,
I see all the other forums saying they have a vibration at idle.
But I only feel a vibration when the car has warmed up a bit, in Drive and foot on brake at a light.
If I shift to neutral or Park the vibration stops.
Only in Drive after warmed up a little bit and with foot on brake.
As soon as foot comes off brake everything is smooth as can be.
If the car is cold in the morning the vibration noise doesn't occur in the first 5 minutes.
If I had to guess the vibration would be right in front of the driver on the firewall - something to do with the brake master cylinder valve or something but the brakes work fine and the vibration stops in neutral or Park with foot on brake.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot!!!

inspect

a vacuum leak in that hose to the booster or its non return valve rubber seal on the booster

if no better

in that area is the power steering pump .. check the oil level

check all engine mounts

Thanks
I checked and didn't notice a vacuum leak in any of the hoses.
The problem comes and goes - I'll try to catch it next time.
The booster is connected to the brakes or power steering pump?
Appreciate the advice.

Brake Booster. Large can type item bolted to firewall and behind brake master cylinder.

Thanks - I checked the vacuum line and that looks okay.
Maybe it the check valve or the booster itself.
Appreciate the info but now it's over my head and needs the local NAPA shop to help.

At least I'm not alone with the same problem...lol...I haven't replaced the rear and trans mount yet. Any other suggestions let me know. See my link with items I've replaced. Next is the ignition coil...
