2000 V6 Spark Wires Arrangement

I've had issues with cylinders 3 and 5 and thought the spark wire arrangement might be an issue.

Currently, the spark wires are arranged in the current format below.

Is this correct or incorrect?

Cylinder 3 misfires.

Thanks.

did you replace the wires and plugs?

Yes, both wires and plugs. I think the issue might've disappeared. I drove the car again on both the highway and in local roads for about half an hour and it seemed to have picked up. I just wanted to make sure the arrangement was correct.

when you get your plugs, what brand were they and did you double check the gap on all of them?
The wires should work fine (what brand?) as long as you put them in the exact order as OEM.
im starting to think maybe the gap for that plug was not right and after a bit of heat and pressure it kind of adapted itself. the order you show looks right, but without my haynes i cant recall off the top of my head what orer it was.

They were Bosch plugs (rather expensive, too). I just needed to make sure the order was correct...and with the manual noted below, it is. There's no longer any misfire or anything. Thank you very much!

hey FYI...stay away from bosch spark plugs and wires for your v6. you got pretty lucky overall, but for some reason they do not work well with the 1mz engine. many individuals and mechanics have reported issues when using them. you should always replace it with the same part, which should be denso platinums. No on has reported issues with those when used to replace the old plugs. I also have not had issues when i replaced my plugs with denso plat, and then eventually changed my wires to NGK blues.

But yeah...you had/have issues becaues you used bosch spark plugs, not because of any particular order you placed the wires.
