2000 XLE fog lights
 

I have a 2000 XLE with the 2 round fog lights near the middle of the bumper.

I've looked through multiple pages of google and youtube but haven't been able to find out what replacement bulb they take such as a 9006 or 9005. I even called a Toyota dealership and all they could give me was a Toyota part number that I can't find a cross reference for.

I looked at the housings. Does the round part twist off to access the bulb?

What is the Toyota part number?

The bulb appears to be a similar design as later model headlight bulbs. Here the bulb and bulb body twist off. Perhaps 1/4 or 1/2 turn.

There doesn't seem to be an aftermarket part number.

Try Ebay which may have surplus bulbs at cheaper prices.

The latest part number will have superseded part numbers. Search on every part number you have for possible substitutes.

You might remove a light assy from the car to get a better look at the unit and as such a better understanding of how the bulb installs.
