'07 Camry LX 3rd stop light unit out

The high mount 3rd stop light unit (several leds) is not working. Does this require replacement by a professional mechanic? If not, what is involved?

Suggest searching for a video on the internet. The light cover on the rear deck needs to be slide to one side then pulled up which can be easier side then done.
