2005 Camry maintenance questions

I have a 2005 Camry with 20,000 miles on it, literally driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays. Nothing has ever been done to this car other than some oil changes, a tire rotation, and a brakes inspection. What suggestions are out there for possible maintenance that should be done? It has missed some of Toyotas suggested services but with this low milage are they actually needed?
Radiator flush?
Trans Service?
Please give me some ideas of the true needs.

What does the owners manual state?

Your issues would be with fluids that lose there effectiveness or absorb water with age.

The radiator fluid is supposed to be "long life." How long? 5 years or 150K miles is the number kicking around. If changing suggest using distilled water. The antifreeze remains OK but the corrosion inhibitors lose effectiveness over time.

The trans fluid should be OK. If this model has a dip stick take a look. Find out what type of fluid the trans uses (maybe Toyota Type IV).

Changing conventional trans fluid every 50-60K miles will greatly improve trans life. Overheated fluid from stop and go driving or pulling a trailer is what kills fluid life and eventually the trans.

Conventional as in mineral oil, Toyota also uses a WS fluid that is synthetic.

Take a look at the brake fluid in the reservoir, if dark this would be an indication of absorbing water.

Otherwise enjoy your "new" car.
