2005 camry vibration

I have a 2005 camry xle with the v-6. It vibrates while accelerating, as well as it seems a little hesitant while starting out. Any suggestions as to where I should start looking? Thanks to all replies and opinions.

How is the MPG and cars acceleration when not hesitating, trans shifting, etc?

Have you checked items such as plugged air filter, loose or damaged vacuum hoses, bad engine mounts?

Any clicking noises when making sharp 180 and 360 turns in either direction?

It seems to be shifting ok, and the mileage is around 25-27, depending on the conditions. I have checked the air filter and that's ok also. As for engine mounts, I'm not sure as I haven't checked, and it doesn't seem to make any clicking noises. I had the timing belt replaced at 100,000 miles and it now has 110,000. I'm wondering if it's possibly a coil pack or something like that. Just wanting to have an idea before sending it to a shop.

You can try cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body. The internet would have posts and perhaps videos on this.

Your engine is either a 1MZFE or 3MZFE.
