2007 camry

When picking up speed the car lunges like it has fuel problem. Tested fuel pressure it was at 49. Put new mass flow sensor in new spark plugs??? Any one have any idea?

4 cylinder or V-6?

How was the fuel pressure tested? At idle, etc?

Is the RPM "lunging" or the car as is the trans may not be working OK?

Once up to hwy speeds is the car steady?
