Default 2007 Camry - Codes C1201 and P0430

My 2007 Camry XLE recently had some transmission work completed: I did a separate post on this. The car is running fine; however, about two weeks ago the VSC, Slip Indicator and Malfunction Indicator lights came on, but went out earlier this week. While the lights were on I took the car to AutoZone and another retail place to check the codes. They both returned codes P0430 and C1201. The car is running fine and no noticeable increase in fuel consumption. There is obviously an issue with my car. I'm hoping it's just an oxygen sensor. Any ideas?

Is this a V6 engine?

The P0430 code is for catalyst system efficiency below threshold (bad converter), bank 2.

C1201 is engine control system malfunction. This code will turn off the VSC, TRC and cause other lights to come on. If engine compartment work was done, it could be the trans shop did not fully connect all the electrical harness plugs and one has a continuity problem.

If the car has less then 80K miles and is less then 80 months old the EPA mandates warranty repair coverage for the converter.
