2007 Camry V6 XLE MPG issue

2007 Camry V6 XLE , 4 yrs old and 18k miles on it (due to frequent military trainings and a deployment. I havn't had much chance to rack them)

I used to get around 20~24 MPG combined city and highway
but all of sudden I started getting barely 20 MPG it goes as low as 11 MPG.

anyone started having bad MPG?

Any change in gasoline formula used such as more ethanol being added?

Any chance of mice or other creatures building a nest in the air cleaner?

Exhaust pipe outlet clear?

How is the condition of the fuel, sitting all those months may have caused it to go bad.

How is the engine performance, still good or now lack of power? Is the idle is off, rough, etc?

It was a sudden change. I've been operating this vehicle constantly past couple years. and bam... I'm considering the new Hyundai Elantra for better milege and warranty now while my camry still has some value left (paid off)
