Default 2009 Camry 2.4 P0300, P0302, P0303 P

My wife 2009 Camry 2.4 runs great 99% of the time, but sometime it barely runs. I seems like that when it is shut off and restarted it runs fine. It sets the following codes. P0300, P0302, P0303P. I have installed new spark plugs. I switched coil pack #2 & #1 and #3 & #4. It still sets the same codes. I have a hard time thinking the #2 and #3 fuel injectors started acting up at the same time. It is hard to test when it runs good 99% of the time.
What else could be causing those codes?
I appreciate any help.

Does the check engine light flash during misfire?
Can you post the freeze frame data for the error codes?

The check engine light was flashing when my wife was trying to get home. I have drove it on short drives only to get the light to turn on. The light has turned on for me but it has not flashed. My code reader is a basic one and only gives the codes. I have a better one(I hope) ordered and should be here Monday.
Thanks

Check light flashing means a severe misfire that could damage the emissions converter.

Any issues of overheating or coolant loss?

There is no coolant loss. It has not overheated. I drove it home last night (1 mile) and it misfired when I started it and set the same code. Then it ran fine.

Just to be clear, it sets P0300/0302/0303 correct?
No other codes?

Yes just those codes. Could a PCV valve cause the misfire on just #2 and #3 cylinders? I put some Seafoam in the gas tank in case the fuel injectors are sticking.

Thanks for the reply

Don't have an answer for you on the PCV.
Maybe when you get the scan tool and start looking at engine parameters it will tell us more.

Question: when you examine the plugs from misfiring cylinder do they appear much different from the other plugs?
Can you reproduce the misfire by wiggling/tapping the coil or injector connector/wiring?
Have you disconnected/reconnected injector connector on the off chance doesn't have a good fit?

The old spark plugs looked good, but the #3 plug had a small brown spot on the white electrode. Other than the small brown spot it looked good.
The connectors on the coils are good. I have not unplugged the injectors but I made sure they were connected.
Last night It missed at starting and it ran fine after that. It did not set a code.
Thanks
