91 Camry won't start
My 91 Camry has developed an intermittent starting problem. It will start and run o.k, then refuse to start sometimes. I have checked all relays and fuses and have even installed a new fuel pump, but the problem still persists. Could the EFI relay be getting hot and quit working? After testing parts over the last week, I went to check for spark today and it started right up. I tried to get it to die by jiggling wires, fuses and relays but now it's fine until the next time it won't start. I hate intermittent problems!!!

RE: 91 Camry won't start
Bad mains relay on a Honda yea but have never replaced one on a Toyota. Intermittent is the worst I agree. You have allready replace the fuel pump, how about the relay?

RE: 91 Camry won't start
There is no fuel pump relay on this car. I do have an aftermarket remote start system. I have wondered if it is causing this in some way.
