Check the battery. Modern batteries die suddenly.

Could also be the starter solinoid not making contact. The plunger pulls up (click)but does not make the required contact to turn the starter motor. Often water can corode this contact.

i immediately changed the battery but have not try the stater solinoid.
i took it to my friends shop and they told me it was a cracked or bent crank
or something like that

Wow! game over. They must have checked to see if they could turn the motor over by hand (i mean with a socket on the crank pulley) correct?

ya they cut the belts thinking it might have been the ac compressor jammed
but they said the motor is locked so it could be that the crankshaft cracked bent etc

i was hoping it wasn't that but i guess im screwed

Have them take out the spark plugs then attempt to rotate the engine by hand. Determine if any water comes out.

Also remove the resonator box on the engine air intake system. This is a large box connected to the intake pipe between the filter and throttle body. If water was ingested this should have filled with water.
