Default 94 Camry w/ shifting issues

Hello. I have an automatic 94 camry. For a while now, when going up hills I have to floor the gas, but the car still barely makes it up my hills. It is like the gears slip. Seems to get better with driving time. Trans fluid level is fine. What else could it be?

Thanks.

old fluid? when was it replaced - FULL REPLACEMENT - last time? if fluid vscous characteristics change, good level means squat.

When going up hill is the trans downshifting to raise the RPM and ease the load on the engine?

When the trans appears to be slipping does the RPM jump up?
