Default 95 2.2 blowing vacuum line from egr regulator and no power/aceleration

have 1995 camry 2.2 5 speed with a/c 199,000 miles. I started to notice that just to get to 60mph I had the gas pedal to floor.
So I have changed: plugs, fuel filter, pcv valve and egr regulator valve.
When trying to get up speed the vacuum line going from the side of egr to the bottom of regulator blows off and I can hear the amount of airflow as it is a lot.
Idles great and NO Check Engine light.
Have I overlooked something? Thanks

There is a pipe going from the side of the EGR valve to the bottom of the modulator. The pipe carries exhaust gas.

Try to determine if the issue is engine or transmission related, as in the trans is slipping.

I have removed the EGR with pipe that goes to block, cleaned both and reinstalled.
The vacuum hose that connects the EGR and regulator pops off like there is to much pressure from EGR.

Both valves are connected by the tube you cleaned and both have a diaphragm that responds to vacuum to control the valve.

Id the hose blowing off either valve, that valves diaphragm may have failed allowing exhaust gas to come out the port where the hose connects to.

replaced EGR valve and regulator with no change. idles fine, but once you apply throttle it pops the vacuum line from side of egr to regulator. car has no power/acceleration.
What is making the vacuum line blow off? What do I need to check that is building up to much pressure? Still NO CEL.

The EGR regulator should have 2 hoses going the throttle body. Make sure the hoses and ports on the throttle body are not plugged.

There should be an electric controlled air valve (called a VSV) connected in-line with the hose going between the EGR and regulator.

When the EGR system is off, the hose to the EGR system should be vented to atmosphere turning the EGR valve off. Make sure this hose is not plugged and valve is venting OK.

When the EGR system is on, the valve connects the EGR valve to the regulator valve allowing the system to work.

Default Catalytic Converter was clogged

This camry had two cat converters and both were clogged. Problem solved and with all the tune up parts the only thing left is an oil change. The car has so much power and acceleration now. Thanks toyomoho for your help.

Default Camry - no power

How did you determine the cats on your Camry were clogged? Did you clean or replace them? I have no power starting off but seems to run well after hitting 15-20 mph. No CEL. Thanks, Dave
