I have a 95 Camry and I just got done replacing:

Timing belt and related.
Spark plugs and wires.

I owned a 92 Camry and I noticed that this 95 seems to have less power and doesn't rev as cleanly. After the work the rev seems like it might be better however I did the work because the motor won't rev past 5200 RPM, it's as if it cuts out. Before the work the motor would hesitate around 2000 RPM at random but it seemed to slowly disappear, not sure if it's still doing it. I am so lost as to what is wrong with this car, someone help please.
