Maintenance Schedule 2018 Camry
I took my 2018 Camry in for it's 5,000 mile service in 8/2018. The sticker they put on the windshield says I was due for service again in 12/2018. The car has under 8,000 and it's only been 4 months since the previous service. Do I follow the dealer's sticker or the owner's manual? I think the answer would be obvious to follow the manual and give it another couple of months, but I'm curious what others do.

The service schedules typically have a mileage or month time frame. Unless having unusual driving habits such as only driving 5000 miles a year (normal is 12000) where the number of months would be the criteria, use the owners manual. The sticker is there to remind the owner to get the car serviced.
Per Toyota's online maintenance schedule, the next service is at 10000 miles. Take the car in at that time. Don't go too long over 10000 as the dealer will be changing the engine oil which needs changing at that time.
