A/C Not Cooling

My Mother-in-laws '97 Camry's A/C is not cooling. The compressor is working. Is not low on refridgerant. ( L= 80 H=150 ) The temperature is changing from heater to ambient. Everything seems to be working fine, but no results. I have no idea whats wrong. PLEASE HELP

What was the ambient temperature when you took those pressures? Low side looks way too high. Is this a manual air temp system or automatic temp control? Was the system touched before you lost cooling?

It was about 100 that day.
manual or automatic? There is a knob on the dash to control the temperature, if thats what you are asking. The a/c had not been touched.

134a appoximate low side pressure for 100F would be 50-55, but your high side would be about 320psi. If you took those pressures with the doors closed and vents on outside air then I suspect that hot engine air sucked into the vent was giving you a false and very high ambient. I would take new pressure readings with front doors open, vents on recirculation and not in a garage. I'd also see what the pressures are at about 2000rpm.

Automatic temperature control would have a control where you set an inside temp, say 72* and the system would automatically control heat and A/C to keep it at 72*. These systems are more complicated. Manual usually just has a blue widening line for cooler and red line for hotter, so no setting of temperature.
