Check engine light after replacing Timing belt and water pump

We have replaced timing belt and water put three weeks ago suddenly check engine ligt come and car is making loud vibrating noise when i put in drive.:)

Year of car and engine type?

No vibration or noise in Park or Neutral?

Is the check light flashing?

Have someone read the codes?
