Exclamation Cooling fans won't run

2000 Camry with the 4 cylinder.

OK... I checked the other threads about cooling fan issues...

Disconnected the wire/plug at the bottom of the radiator. No fan operation at all.

Fans do not operate while the A/C is on either...

Engine overheats when stopped, cools to regular temp when moving. A/C works GREAT while moving, gets warm while stopped.

So... What should my next step be?

The fans are 12V, test the fans for operation by applying 12V.

If Ok may be a relay. Check the 30A RDI circuit breaker and the No 1 fan relay.

Thanks! for the response toyomoho!!

The fans do operate when wired directly to 12V.

Will check the relays & RDI circuit breaker...
