Default Driver window

For some reason after it gets 1/2 way up, it jumps out of track and lately if put up all the way it goes past the body and plows into the window vent thingamajig So is that something that I can just open the door and tighten or is that gonna be a big @$$ job?

Don't think you can fix this without taking something off, this being inside door panel. Perhaps something is broke.

Taking the door panel off is not too hard, once off you can watch the window mechanism work then determine the problem.

It sound like you might have a problem with your window regulator. You can buy a brand new aftermarket window regulator w/motor on ebay for $25

Yea i kinda figured I would be taking off the interior panel, thats what I meant by opening the door Im just hoping its not something that needs to be replaced its just something that is out of place. Maybe? heheh oh well, I guess I'll be waking up early this weekend then.. It could take a while.

On the upside, it can also start a side project of installing new speakers right?
